DEPOSIT, BOOKING & CANCELLATION INFORMATION

**ALPINE RESORT WANAKA IS MANAGED BY THC HOTELS & RESORTS

The guest must present a valid credit card on arrival. A security deposit of $100 per night may be requested on check in. To stay with us you must be 18 years or older or staying with an adult.

All rates are in NZ dollars and are on a per night basis including GST. THC Hotels and Resorts will not reimburse adverse fluctuations due to foreign exchange.**

BEST AVAILABLE NON REFUNDABLE RATES, STAY & SAVE RATES
Your credit card will be charged for the full amount at the time the reservation is made. No refunds are permitted on accommodation bookings. In the case where cancellation or amendment of a booking is required, the full quoted amount of the reservation will be charged. Guests requiring alternative accommodation dates will need to rebook, no amendments/transfers permitted. A maximum of 2 rooms can be booked on Stay & Save rates. Please note these Stay & Save rates are not valid for events & conferences.

FLEXI FREE CANCELLATION RATES
Your credit card will be charged for the full amount on the day of arrival. You may amend or cancel your booking up to 72 hours prior to arrival and a full refund will be issued upon cancellation, if needed. In the case of a no show or a cancellation inside 72 hours, One night will be charged. Group bookings will pay a deposit and have seperate terms and conditions.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT POLICY
Check in time is 2pm at Alpine Resort Wanaka, 144-154 Anderson Road, Wanaka . If earlier check in time is required please request this at the time of booking.
Check out time is 10am. If a late checkout is required please request from Reception when you check in at hotel. Early check-ins and late checkouts are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of Management / Reception Staff.

CHILDREN POLICY
Children’s age is 12 years and under.

Flexible cancellation
To offer maximum flexibility, Individuals can make amendments or cancellation 72 hours prior to the date of arrival with any cancellation amendment fees. If cancelled within 72 hours of your arrival date, the total price of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee. Full prepayment will be taken 2 days prior to arrival, credit card payments will incur 2% surcharge. If your booking is made within 48 hours of arriving at the hotel, you will be charged on the day of booking.

Prepaid Rate Reservations
Full prepayment will be taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

No-Show Policy
you may amend or cancel your booking up to 72 hours prior to arrival and a full refund will be issued upon cancellation. In the case of a no show or a cancellation inside 72 hours, the total price of the reservation will not be refunded.

This website might contain price information. The price advertised may not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand, we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed. So if you purchase on this website, you will always be charged the equivalent in New Zealand dollars at the bank exchange rate of the day.
